Building strength and flexibility for living our best life. Whether we are trying to prevent injuries or recover from them, this class offers many options for levels of challenge to meet participants where they are. Dynamic body weight exercises draw inspiration from Yoga, Pilates, Functional Fitness, and a lifetime of exploring movement through dance. No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat.
