Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Overview:  

The Facilities Coordinator ensures the smooth daily operation and maintenance of the VCA campus. Reporting to the Technical Director, this role supports all facility functions and event readiness.

Qualifications: 

Physical Demands:  

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating tools or equipment. Candidates must be comfortable with tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and working in varied physical positions. Visual acuity for close and distance work, depth perception, and color differentiation are also required. 

 

Work Environment:  

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with frequent exposure to mechanical equipment, moderate to loud noise levels, and occasional work at heights or in inclement weather. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
