REFUND POLICY:
Classes and Camps:
Enrollment in a camp or class may be canceled 8 business days or more prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 or fewer business days in advance will receive a 50% refund for the camp/class. No refunds will be issued after a camp/class has begun. If a day of a class or camp is canceled by VCA, we will offer a make-up class or a prorated refund for the missed day. In the event that a camp/class is canceled by VCA, a full refund will be given.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
