Summer Arts Fest 2026 – Round #1 Opening Reception

Join us for the opening of Round #1 of the 9th Annual Vashon Summer Arts Fest on Friday, July 3, from 5–8pm. Summer Arts Fest is a beloved annual celebration of Vashon's creative community, featuring three rotating exhibitions over the course of the summer and showcasing the remarkable talent of artists who live and work on the Island.

The first exhibition round brings together an inspiring group of artists working across a variety of mediums and styles. Featured artists include Margie Amstrup, Brian Brenno, Denise Dion, Barbara Dusty Gustafson, Brent Flora, Shelley Hanna, Diane Kulju, Jill Rickabaugh, Laurie Wait, and Pamela Wickard.

Visitors are also invited to explore the Gallery Shop, featuring Three Potters Studio with work by Liz Lewis, Marla Smith, and Karen Fevold.

Meet artists and celebrate the start of another exciting season of local art. Admission is free and all are welcome.

We celebrate diversity in all aspects of the work we do and support an environment of inclusion, racial equity, and social justice in our programming and operations. We welcome all individuals to our campus and steward them with respect and dignity.
