Learn the fundamentals of brushwork, water/pigment ratios and exploring the advantages of the watercolor medium. Experiment with layering transparent washes, value studies and composition. Each class will include optional take-home exercises which can be reviewed at the beginning of the next class. You will come away with a better understanding and knowledge of the challenging art of watercolor and inspiration to grow in your artistic journey. Previous experience with painting in watercolor is not required but certainly useful.
