Advanced Intermediate Ballet & Pointe offers experienced students the opportunity to strengthen both technique and artistry through engaging, challenging classes. Students expand their Ballet vocabulary through petit allegro, adage, turns, grand allegro, and increasingly complex and satisfying combinations while developing strength, flexibility, precision, musicality, and confidence. For dancers who have developed the necessary strength and technique, beginning pointe work will be introduced.
Students are invited to perform in our annual production of The Nutcracker, Dec 3-6, and the 60-minute rehearsal session follows the Thursday class. *Instructor permission required.
Dress Code: Navy Blue leo or shirt, pink tights w/pink ballet shoes, skin-toned tights w/skin-toned ballet shoes, black leggings w/black socks & black ballet shoes. Visuals of dress code can be found in the resources section after you register for this class.
