Step into the language and living culture of Japan in this immersive class. Each session begins with hands-on Japanese language learning, then flows into engaging cultural activities exploring the art and traditions of Japan. Try your hand at origami and calligraphy, celebrate Otsukimi (the Moon Festival) with homemade rice flour sweets, carve your own eraser stamp featuring Japanese characters, and learn the art of furoshiki — traditional cloth wrapping used for gifts and even as a bag. All levels welcome!
