Mr. Gabriel guides Advanced Intermediate dancers through intricate rhythms, syncopation, improvisation, and challenging choreography while refining crisp, clear sounds, musicality, style, and showmanship. This fast-paced class encourages dancers to take risks, trust their musical instincts, and discover the satisfaction of mastering a truly rhythmic art form. Students will spend a portion of class preparing for our annual production of The Nutcracker Dec 3-6, with Tech Rehearsal on Nov 30 and Dress Rehearsal on Dec 2. Then they will prepare for our Original Works production March 5-7. Regular attendance is required in order to perform (performance fees for class pieces are included in tuition). *Instructor permission required.
Dress Code: Black or Ballet class leo or shirt, black leggings, black Tap shoes. Visuals of dress code can be found in the resources section after you register for this class.
