Sometimes you just have to pinch yourself to believe it’s true . . . that’s what we’re feeling about putting dazzling up-and-coming singer/songwriter Micaiah Sawyer and the supremely cool Ameicana duo Robin Alice on the Kay Hall main stage August 17th

Micaiah is the kind of artist you’ll be proud to say, “I heard her when . . .” In 2018 she was the first ever female artist to win MoPoP’s prestigious Sound Off Competition, a premier 21-and-under music showcase competition. Says Adrienne Clark of the Museum of Pop Culture, “If you want to see the future of folk music, look no further than Micaiah Sawyer.” ROBIN ALICE will make a perfect bookend to a great evening. Adroitly mixing pop melodies, rock & roll muscle, out-of-the-box arrangements, and powerhouse vocal performances, Robin Alice is the unexpected pairing of songwriters Kelley Jakle and Jeff Hortillosa.
