SAMA: Music + Art & Vashon Center for the Arts Present

Ganesh Rajagopalan & The Swarayoga Ensemble

Indian Classical Violin • Film Score Composer • Educator • Grammy Winner

Rooted in the rich traditions of South Indian classical music and shaped by a global creative life, Ganesh Rajagopalan brings the violin into deep conversation with rhythm, breath, and story. A Grammy-winning musician, acclaimed film score composer, and dedicated educator, Rajagopalan’s work bridges ancient ragas with contemporary cinematic and improvisational sensibilities.

Joined by the Swarayoga Ensemble, this performance invites listeners into a meditative and dynamic sound world, one where melody unfolds slowly, time stretches, and music becomes a shared space for listening and presence. This is not simply a concert, but an immersive experience, honoring lineage while opening new pathways forward.
