Position Summary:
Vashon Center for the Arts is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated self-starter with a background in administrative operations and office support, and a committed interest in the arts that will advance VCA’s vibrant mission as a collaborative and community-based arts center.
The Office Administrator will report directly to the Executive Director (ED) supporting their day-to-day activities. Additionally, this position will provide ongoing administrative support to the Finance Director.

The position is predominantly 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday; however, based on performances, special events and fundraising activities, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Salary range is $58,240 - $62,400, or $28 - $30 an hour, commensurate with experience. A typical work week is Monday – Friday; however, attendance at occasional weekend events may be required.
VCA provides paid time off and holiday pay. This position is eligible to participate in medical, dental and 401k.
