All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Classes and Camps:
Parents may cancel enrollment in a camp or class 10 days or more prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20% of tuition for the camp/class. No refunds will be issued after a camp/class has begun. If a day of a class or camp is canceled by VCA, we will offer a make up class or a prorated refund for the missed day. In the event that camps are canceled as a result of a change in public health guidance that precludes VCA from operating the camp safely, parents will be fully refunded for canceled camps. If VCA needs to cancel a camp mid-session, we will issue a pro-rated refund for days not attended.

$1.50 for YOUTH ACCESS

Starting January 1, 2024, all ticketed transactions to performances and events in the Katherine L White Hall will include $1.50 for YOUTH ACCESS to the ARTS, helping build the funds needed to underwrite free youth tickets and also for families in need (through Vashon Youth and Family Services).

We know the arts make a powerful difference in the lives of our island youth. We see it daily in the Blue Heron Education Center and in classrooms across Vashon through our artist residencies. These youth are our future artists, musicians, dancers, performers, audience members, and arts administrators, and that’s why ensuring YOUTH ACCESS to the ARTS is a core value we’re committed to. When you purchase tickets to an event in The Kay, you’ll be sharing that core value alongside VCA. Together, we are building an arts community for everyone.
