Tickets
Ticket sales are non-refundable unless Vashon Center for the Arts must postpone or cancel an event. Should that occur, our Box Office staff will contact ticket holders directly.
Classes and Camps
Parents may cancel enrollment in a camp or class 10 days or more prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20% of tuition for the camp. No refunds will be issued after a camp has begun.
If a day of a class or camp is canceled by VCA, we will offer a make up class or a prorated refund for the missed day. In the event that camps are canceled as a result of a change in public health guidance that precludes VCA from operating the camp safely, parents will be fully refunded for canceled camps. If VCA needs to cancel a camp mid-session, we will issue a pro-rated refund for days not attended.
