Eva Papp of Shine Lab to Lead a Series of Classes on Working with Positive Boundaries.
Tuesday evenings, Oct 1- Nov. 5, Eva Papp will offer six classes on “Getting More of What You Want – by learning to say ‘Yes’ to You!”
“This is a workshop series for women that will forever change the way you think and do boundaries” – Eva Papp
As a psychotherapist of 20 years, and more recently as an adviser to high-performing women in business, Eva’s seen the critical connection between healthy boundaries and success, whether in work, life, family or intimate relationships.
Each of the classes in her positive boundary series is designed to stand on its own, but together cover the main features of working with positive boundaries. Classes are as follows:
October 1st: Why You’re Not a Spoiled Brat: the psychological basis for your “Yes”
October 8th: Know Your Real “Yes” by Getting to the Real You: how it’s done
October 15th: There’s more to your “Yes” than meets the eye: starting where you are and growing your “Yes”
October 22nd: At Play in the Zone of Your “Yes”
October 29th: The Intimate Dance Between your “Yes” and your “No”
November 5th: Is Your “Yes” Big Enough?
All classes are held Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm at Vashon Center for the Arts in the Greenroom. Cost for each class is $12 with registration, or $15 at the door.
