Conditioning 30 min and Ballet Technique 90 min (back to back). Brief conditioning class to warm up and strengthen, leads directly into barre and center. Yoga mat and small weights (water bottles, large soup cans, etc.) are helpful but not required. Pointe shoes encouraged for advanced dancers during barre and center.
