Ballet 4 ONLINE Class

This 12 week session of Ballet 4 (via Zoom) will focus on continued training in proper alignment, as well as techniques for turning and balancing in increasingly difficult positions. (Not all home floors are built for turning and thus we will be talking about prepping for turns as much as turning). Students’ whole bodies should be in view during class so as to facilitate specific, individual corrections (this is paramount for understanding technical concepts and moving towards level 5). Following barre, we will be learning one or two variations from classical ballets to be worked on throughout the session!
