September brings our biggest event of the year to life!

VCA is thrilled to announce the 2021 Gala Art Auction Masquerade in all its magical splendor! We can’t wait to celebrate with you and raise a glass (and funds) for the arts.

It all begins with First Friday on September 3rd with the opening of our Silent Auction which will run through September 24th. Visit our gallery to see and bid on all the treasures on display. That’s right, three weeks to bid up your favorite artists’ works and support VCA’s fundraising efforts to keep our arts thriving and alive!

It ends with our live gala MASQUERADE ticketed event on Friday, September 24th starting at 5:30PM, when our doors swing open to welcome you, in-person, for the 2021 Masquerade. A gala celebration featuring entertainment, a live auction, our special appeal and more! Strap on your steampunk goggles, embellish your mask with gears and levers, and join the fun for a night of revelry and imaginative performance for a most worthy cause – the arts! This year’s theme is Imaginarium – a place of magic and fantasy to ignite your creativity and immerse you in the arts!

Tickets for the September 24th MASQUERADE go on sale Friday, July 16th! Come for the party, auction, live event and performances ($50 Ticket), or experience it all and stay for the Gala Dinner ($175 Ticket). Either way, you’ll be in for a treat. A livestream of September 24th’s gala event will also be available to watch for those unable to attend in-person.

Accepting Art Donations

VCA’s annual fundraising event ‘Masquerade’ is beholden to our artist community. Each year more than a hundred works of art are donated by artists from Vashon and beyond to help us raise much needed funds to keep our programs going strong.
