Vashon’s own, jazz-bassist Bruce Phares brings a new quartet of all-star virtuosi, with Richard Cole on saxophones, New York’s Jeremy Bacon on piano, along with Stefan Schatz on drums! Cole is one of the first-call veterans of Seattle’s top ensembles, Bacon has performed at the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, and numerous other NYC Jazz meccas including Blue Note, Birdland, etc.
Opening the show are two of the island’s most lauded performers, pianist Chris O’Brien and multi-instrumentalist Dianne Krouse, who will be joined by Phares and Schatz. Join us for an evening of stellar Jazz you won’t want to miss!
