Miya Sukune: The Toy Box

Miya Sukune is a visual artist working and residing on Vashon Island. She works with paint at her studio easel and designs in metal for her public art. Her solo shows include Mt. Hood Community College (OR) and Zeitgeist Coffee and Gallery in Seattle. Her “Matsuda Family” series of narrative metal panels are currently displayed at the Matsuda Farm, a Vashon-Maury Land Trust property. More examples of her work can be found at www.miyasukune.com.
