I Can See Russia From My House – Daily Living in Vladivostok and beyond through the eyes of Roman Zlobin

January 4 - January 26

Roman recently moved to Vashon and brought with him a stunning body of photographic work from Russia, which he’s since salted with a growing body of work drawn from in and around the Pacific Northwest. We asked Roman to show us an insider look of his native country inside the intimate confines of the Joy and Chai Mann Kiosk. Whether it’s Roman’s eye, or the subject he shoots, the geometry, visual texture, and emotional content of this show are riveting.

This is the first of many “pop-ups” to come in 2019. The concept is to feature art in slightly smaller formats at accessible price points.
